Shipping, handling and insurance are totally FREE! to all USA (Continental USA only).

ESTIMATE PRODUCT ARRIVAL TIME

4 to 8 business days, once the order is processed. Additional 3 days for mayor holidays, do not include weekends.

The orders are processed the same day and ship within 24 business hours.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

All scooters are brand new, our shipping is protected and well packaged with a steel crate and boxed to avoid damages (Pictures).

SHIPPING CARRIERS

The Moto Planet ships all scooters using different freight companies within US ground shipping.

LOST OR SHIPPING DAMAGES

In the event you find your product lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately to file a lost or shipping damage claim.

OTHER SHIPPING CONDITIONS

For your protection, all orders that are submitted to us through our website are subjected to a verification procedure before shipping; often this process includes contacting you via telephone or email to confirm your order and delivery information.

We do not charge your credit card until order is ready to ship.

The tracking number and delivery information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.
