Royal Enfield’s 120th Anniversary America Release (Latest News)

First-round sales of Royal Enfield’s 120th Anniversary 650 Twins began in India in December 2021, and the enormously favorable response from customers was devastatingly quick. One hundred and twenty of the commemorative 120th Anniversary Twins were made available for purchase, with sixty of each model being offered in the Continental GT and INT lines.

Despite the fact that Enfield had other markets in mind for the debut of its special, pretty narrow tribute to its first 120 years of existence, the 120th Anniversary Twins were introduced to the world in India. How did things turn out? In less than two minutes, every single one of those bicycles was purchased.

After that, we would move on to the next three global regions, which are Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. In April of 2022, the situation in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) area was astonishingly similar to the one described above.

There are reports that all 120 bicycles were purchased within twenty-four hours or less in the countries of Australia, Japan, Thailand, South Korea, and the Philippines. For those of us living in North America, one question remained unanswered: when exactly would the 120th Anniversary Twins arrive on our territory?

As of the 10th of August in 2022, the duration of the wait is almost at an end. If you live in the United States and have been waiting, either patiently or impatiently, to find out when we would finally get these, the answer is a resounding SOON.

Only 30 copies of each of the 120th Anniversary Twins will be made available for purchase in the United States. This includes thirty 120th Anniversary Continental GTs as well as thirty 120th Anniversary INT 650s.

The magnificent brass badges were designed by Royal Enfield in conjunction with the Sirpi Senthil family, who are a family-run business in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, India, that has been producing high-quality artisanal goods for several generations and are known for their expertise in this industry.

Their unparalleled brasswork has been shown in Indian temples for quite some time, but this cooperation with Enfield marks the very first time that the family’s work has been featured in the car industry.

In addition, the 120th Anniversary Twins will have unique, hand-crafted details, such as hand-painted pinstriping, exclusive serial numbers that will identify each motorcycle for legacy, and Enfield’s special black chrome tank.

These details will be included on the motorcycles to commemorate the anniversary. The tanks, on the other hand, are chromed in Enfield’s original plant from the 1950s, which is located in Thiruvottiyur, Chennai, India. This adds a very elegant finishing touch to these very rare jubilee motorcycles.

When can we expect to be able to purchase these in the United States? As of the 10th of August in the year 2022, Royal Enfield North America has stated that the official date will be “quickly as possible.”

If interested parties want to stay informed, there is also a register page where they can input their contact information in order to get updates as they become available. In the event that you are interested in remaining up to date, we will provide a link in our Sources section through which you can register.

If you are interested in purchasing one of these motorcycles, you should look in your spam folder frequently since, if the rest of the world is any indication, supplies will run out very quickly.

Mihael

Hello there fellow motorcycle enthusiasts; I’m Mihael. The first motorcycle I had was a scooter Gilera vxr 200 from 2003. This is the motorcycle I fell in love with, which brought me into the moto world. Since then, I have been riding many kinds of bikes, from dirt bikes to race bikes. At the moment, I have a Kawasaki Z750 from 2004, and all I can say is that it is a hell of a bike. I have been riding motorcycles for the last 10 years, and during this period, I have been to many locations where I would probably not be without my bike. My goal is to give you the best advice and tips possible that I have been using myself and that all of my biker friends find helpful to them as well.
